At Salmorejo Perfecto we collect the least data possible. The calculator runs in your browser: your amounts are never sent to any server.
Who is responsible
Salmorejo Perfecto is a personal project run from Andalusia. For any privacy matter you can write to salmorejoperfecto@gmail.com.
What data we collect
For the notification form, we collect only the email address you voluntarily leave in the “Coming soon” section, together with the site language and an origin tag. We use no tracking cookies or advertising profiles.
Usage Statistics
To analyze website usage and ensure security, we generate aggregate statistics from our server's technical logs. During this process:
- We do not use cookies or persistent identifiers for analytics purposes.
- In the aggregated analytics, we do not retain IP addresses, full User-Agent strings, full URLs, or full referrers.
- Aggregated analytics data is never crossed or associated with the email addresses submitted through our form.
- Technical server and security logs are processed separately and are kept for a strictly limited retention period.
What we use it for
Only to let you know when we publish new recipes or features. We do not share your email with third parties for marketing.
Legal basis
Your consent, given when you submit the form. You can withdraw it at any time.
Where it is stored
The email is stored in Google Sheets via Google Apps Script (Google Ireland Ltd. acts as data processor). It is kept until you ask to be removed or the project closes.
Your rights
You can request access, rectification, erasure, objection or portability of your data, and unsubscribe at any time by writing to salmorejoperfecto@gmail.com.
Changes
If we update this policy, we will publish the new version on this same page.
