Salmorejo Perfecto was born to answer one very specific question: how much of each ingredient do I need for the salmorejo to turn out right?

The calculator starts from the proportions of the traditional Cordoban recipe —1 kg of usable tomato, 200 g of bread, 100 g of extra virgin olive oil, 10 g of salt and a clove of garlic— and adjusts them to the amount of tomato you have, with careful corrections of bread, oil, salt and garlic.
